Narrowboat Dry Dock

At our Glascote Basin site on the Coventry Canal we have a purpose built dry dock that can accommodate narrowboats up to 72ft and sufficient depth for deeper draughted boats. We ensure that all boats that are out for blacking are on the dock for at least 6 days to allow adequate time for paint to cure. We reserve Mondays for surveys to be undertaken and emergency repairs.

6-Day docking, High pressure wash, Hull condition check, Scrape and wire brush, 2-coats of bitumen blacking, 3 day drying time.
