Wildrose is a well loved 45ft Cruiser Stern Narrowboat, which was built in 1972 by Fernie. Wildrose has been owned by the same family that commissioned original build 46 years ago. The sale of the boat is a much reluctant one.

Wildrose is currently set up for use as a day boat, but has a large saloon with free standing furniture that could easily be used as a double berth. The interior has been well maintained and is in a classic 70’s style with an abundance of character.

Open well deck with a deck board and steps lead down into the saloon.


The saloon is a large open area that has free standing furniture and fitted storage units. The saloon has a Morso Squirrel solid fuel stove, which given the open nature of the boat provides adequate heating.


Wildrose has a ‘U’ shaped galley with tiled worksurfaces, which has a freestanding gas 4-ring hob, oven and grille. There is a stainless steel stink with a drainer. The fridge is 12v.


The bathroom is located off a port side corridor. The bathroom has a Thetford Cassette toilet, a plastic basin that sits on a vanity unit with a tiled surface and there is a shower tray set into the floor with a mixer tap.

Back Deck:

The engine room is at the stern of the boat under the cruiser stern deck and houses a Lister SR2 with a Lister LH150 gearbox
