Norton Canes Boatbuilders can manufacture speed wheel and gear control units to a design developed by the team. This overcomes the problem of controlling the older, traditional vintage diesel engines such as the Gardner 2LW as preferred by Graham. These controls can be adapted to suit many of the old engine styles.
